I am super happy about how my new garage turned out. Now i can go make a mess in it;

This is how it looked at the beginning and after shots below.

The floor is hard plastic. Its really solid. The tiles smash together with mallet. I was going to epoxy it, but read some bad stories about that. The other option was to paint the floor and that is what i was going to do. Then cosco had a sale so i splurged since i never had a nice garage before. This is what i got:

I am very happy with them. I was lucky i did not have to cut any as they are super tough, not rubber. Its not often that i have had an empty garage as a starting point. Any old floor does otherwise. Grateful for a bit of space. Its taken a long time to get here. I have a basement and that is where all my parts and crap are, all piled up. I have to go through that next. By the way we just moved...

Yes, now i can mess it all up. Luckily no more rebuilds for a while, unless i find a basket case es2. so should be easy to keep clean.

Great work there all you need now is a few work benches, a big vice as well a small one and a mess, its not a proper workshop without a mess but I am sure you that won't be long, anyway the best part is setting it up for you and your bikes.

If this is going to turn into a ‘let’s show off our messy garages / sheds” thread please let me know now, so I know to avoid it.

All those pictures of messy shops will keep me awake at night...

Dunno what you mean...

But you should see my 8 year old daughter ensuring all her pencils are needle sharp and arranging them in size order.

Can’t imagine where she gets it from...
