I have a friend who recently took ownership of what I believe to be a very unusual original single cylinder motorcycle. I would love some information about the bike. I've been trying to do some research but I have found very little about this bike any information would be greatly appreciated. This is what I can give you about the bike.

It was pulled from a climate controlled basement of a gentleman who owned the bike for about 30+ years.
The serial number stamped at the base of the cylinder is 60/80 TCS 3625
THe bike is very clean and what appears to be original minus the tank being painted black and no badges on the tank.
The bike has a headlight and a tail light so I believe it was a street version.
The bike lacks a speedometer so I have no idea the mileage.
The engine turns over and is clean no appearing to have any damage.
The title states its a 1960

It has what look like BSA forks, brake, & mudguard, & a Triumph rear mudguard. The Concentric carb is a later addition & the silencer is wrong.

The first G80TCS appeared 1958, however, the more desirable versions were made 1960-62.
Does your bike have a duplex (twin downtube, one-piece diamond) frame?
