And the fuel pump is in the backbone tube on this bike. It starts easy enough I can have one of my daughters start it if I'm not up to it.
 
Really like what you have done. I'm also working on megasquirting my commando. Do you use Alpha-n or speed density? How much current does the fuel pump use? That manifold looks like just what i need coud you sell me one?

Hans and all, Thanks for the compliments.
We ended up doing some custom code. I am using a TPS weighted speed density control.
The fuel pump draws around 2 amps.
There may be a possibility of selling a manifold after I have been able to get all I need. Manifolds have been a production problem.

Is there any advantage of using a ball joint vs. a spherical joint for the headsteady?
