Front Fork Overhaul

How thick are the leather washers 021785 X2 and 021786 X2. found in KIM THE CD MAN P11 twin-cylinder scrambles motor cycle Replacement Parts, Page 16.
I am thinking of cutting some from leather that I have kicking about as I forgot to include in the order.
Question #2. The inner tube sealing ring part # 014355 X2 ...is this an O-ring?

i got the leather washer from Jampot spares and they are both 3,6 mm thick.
Ring,sealing, inner tube top bolt 014355 is an O-ring.
