Front brake cable

Could anyone tell me the original length of front brake cable for71 750 inner and outer lengths if possible I'm suspecting mine has been shortened as even with adjusters backed off length is to short got one ordered but if cable length ok I'll investigate inside brake brakes have been relined possibly too thick ,thickness of linings also please thanks in advance for help currently at work but keen to get it sorted on thursday thanks
