I didn't know that the sig line had to be unselected each post.

I'm on the world's slowest round the world ride. I circled Australia, blew up the Duc in New Zealand, went to Japan without it. Worked in California then tried to get the Duc shipped to India. The Aussie government was giving me grief about shipping, so I bought an Indian plated Enfield 350 in Nepal and smuggled it across the border back into India. I went all over India. Earlier this year, I finished a year in Saudi Arabia saving money to travel with. No bike there.

I was hoping to be in Turkey by now working to save up money and to wait out winter so I could ride across Russia and Mongolia. Instead I'm in Oregon where Dreer frames can be found at garage sales. I'm working for parts and advice to build a Brit bike. I'm not sure what I'll build but probably a 1950-ish Triumph 650 pre-unit. I'll upgrade with some unit parts. I might build a BSA though since I would like something with a sidecar. Next year I should be headed to Europe on the Duc.

I've heard of some Dreer body parts that might be for sale so I'm off on the hunt.

It's a late model Dreer frame. Not the last types he did, but one from late in the game. It had some tweaks to it done after it left his shop. No bodywork yet, but there's still leads to track down.

This is me on his new bike. 7.02 in the quarter this year. Next year it will reach the 6s. I think the engine was 1980-82 Suzuki 1150 but I'm not positive. 400hp from what started out at 85 stock. Ha, maybe we'll put in a Suzuki into the garage sale frame. It was an honor meeting him. He has some great stories.
