Fork stanchions worn/replace

If you re-manufacture your top yoke, you might be able to fit staunchions off a 70s Japanese bike. Most of those are also 38mm diameter. Or you could simply turn the tapers on a pair
 
New AN stanchions and seals installed. No more leaks.

While I had the fork leg off, I had another bracket made up for a Nissin caliper that I picked up from Fbay for under Eur100 off a crash damaged 2017 Z1000 and paired it with the same Nissin MC on my other bike. Great combo with awesome feel when squeezing the lever.
