I can't be the 1st to rubber band tension rockers as kind of obvious replacement for assistant fingers, just never heard it mentioned anywhere, INOA, Brit Iron, NOC etc ill after I tired it in spitting mad frustration.
Peel and Trixie Combats apparently crashed some before my time so once power unit removed with unexpected forcing, frame sprung out of alignments interfering with just sticking back in. UGH. '72 cases with the low down rear breather must pull engine to remove/install gearbox Ugh. Never tried frame lay down method but gave a lot of thot on how when faced with full 920 engine for Peel, w/o rear bottom breather. Btw mere layers of tape don't protect frame finish much so use the standard pipe insulation foresight. Ugh.
