Fastback tank badges

Hi
I have a January 1969 registered fastback, does anybody know whether it should have the tank badges or the transfers. At the moment it has the recesses for the badges to fit in, and it is a fibre glass tank, any info would be appreciated.

If it has the recesses and the tank is original to the bike then you should have them. A registered bike in 69 could be a 68 as a hold over, if the numbers line up. Pics?
