I would like to buy a replica smiths 3" speedo and tach for my Norvin but I can't seem to find a USA distributor. I bought a smiths electronic tach for another bike a few years ago from Tom Kullen, who unfortunately may be deceased, so I'm not sure where to obtain them. I did try the ones from Legendary motorcycles but the rev counter never worked and the speedo failed after about 50 miles. they have offered to repair them but they are NOT going back on this bike as they are very cheaply made with plastic bodies and even after they repair them, I'm not confident they will last. anybody out there?
thanks

Man I wish I could talk myself into spending the legal tender to have that front end and brake built up for my Norton. Beautiful bike

is there anywhere to buy them in the USA rather than having them shipped from the UK and having to ship them back if there are any problems?

Mark,
There are quite a few dealers for AndoverNorton here in the states that could get them for you. I got mine from ClubmanRacing before he passed.Just search and I am sure you will find one.The only way I know for warranty, etc. will probably have to be in the UK.The factory where they are made have stood behind them but I don’t think they sell them directly to the public

I bought mine directly from Andover Norton - good price, fast shipping. Ordered them on a Friday, had them the following Tuesday.

Unfortunately Tom did pass on and I'm not sure there is now a USA distributor.
