I've had this turn out to be a loose battery terminal or heat expanding the fuse holder or even fuse itself terminals wrong with fuse element still intact. Adding to checklists.
Maybe you should go to some professionals so they can help you. I remember when I had problems with the electricity in our house, I called the guys from Bates Electric. And the job they have done in a couple of hours for me would take a week, and I don't know if I would do it correctly.
