Dynojet

Hi,

my friends and me have all working PCV´s in our bikes.
The guys from Dynojet have a working system for the bike.
We figure out this with Dynojet Germany.

cheers

Any details or photos of the installations on your bikes?
Where is the PCV placed?

Hi,

can anybody tell me how to place a picture ?

Thank you in advance.

Panetone

Hello Panetone , there are 2 ways I know of to post pictures here. You can sign up for VIP membership here on the forum and post directly. There is a fee to join but I understand this is the easiest way to post your pictures. OR you can sign up with a free picture posting site like Photobucket . This is what I have done to post my pictures . Once your photos are uploaded to Photobucket you can then copy and post them to AccessNorton . There is a tutorial somewhere on the AccessNorton site that demonstrates the steps involved . It is easy once you get through it the first time. I am sure some other members can help find the tutorial .

Try This technical-information-how-post-photos-t2357.html

Scroll down to where member L.A.B. describes how and has links and images for Photobucket . A good job by LAB !

Hi panetone,

Which dynojet dealer where you dealing with as I see there is 4 different ones on the dynojet web site, I was going to contact them to see which unit they used on your bike.

Cheers

Everytime I post pics it says they are too big and over 1mb. I have the VIP what am I doing wrong?

Are you using a camera to take the pictures ? Try cropping the picture size down in the computer before sending. Also , you may be able to reduce the resolution of the pictures at the camera before taking them ?

I'm with Voodoo...

I only use my iPhone (6s) or ipad to take the pics, but I get the same problem.

I only know how to crop pictures with ipad. Is it possible to reduce pixels (or whatever the term is) instead? Cropping doesn't work as you only end up with the centre most part of the photograph!

Easiest way (without PC) is to send the pictures to yourself by email with your iPhone and choose a low file size...

We must be twins. This is exactly what I do also.
I don't have a desk top anymore because I never used it and for me it's out dated. I do everything with my i6+ or iPad. When I take a pic with my phone and try to post it I have to crop nearly the whole picture before the forum allows it. The 1mb is annoying for me.

As suggested email to yourself with resize option is good.

Plenty of apps and even online resizers available.

I use: http://www.picresize.com from my phone

You can even keep the image dimensions same but target a specific file size.

Extra step but well worth it to share with like souls.

Hi, This is my first posting on the site, having just acquired a 2012 Commando 961 Sport. It's been 33 years since my last Norton (750 Combat) and based on the single run out I've had on the new bike, I love it.

Anyway, the fuel injection on the Commando was developed by Omex Technologies in Cheltenham. I've had one of their 2.5 litre Ford Duratec engines fitted to my Morgan and in my experience they are a really helpful bunch of guys so I'm currently trying to see if they are able to provide modified maps for the ECU. They might not have the "bike" experience of Dynojet, but suspect they've more "Commando" experience. I'll let you know what they say.

I spoke to Omex this morning and unfortunately they can't make mods to the ECU/map, however they stared that if there are problems with how the standard bike is running then you should notify Norton directly.

For modifying the bike it looks like Dynojet might be the way forward.

Hi I didn't think that their contract with Norton would allow them to do so. The same with Motad, as they will not sell you their pipes direct etc.

Thanks for trying

Like Panetone said! Dynojet Germany obviously designed a suitable Powercommander.

Don't understand the discussion  Maybe you can contact Panetone. Just my 2 cents

Cheers

Panetone was asked what dealer in Germany he dealt with but has not replied.

Hi glb, have you heard anymore from Richard at dyno uk, my last email was 19th December.

Hi No I haven't but thanks for reminding me. I was too busy with other projects and forgot to chase this up. I will send him an email now and let you know.

Hi glb,

I've tried emailing dynojet, but still no word, not even an out of office, are you having any better luck?
