This email just came in from Lars Poulsen in Denmark.

Yes, this could be quiet a story, but here is some of it. This is a 750 Commando.Lightened crank,to your spec about 2kg. JS stage one cam. JS lifters and beehive springs. JS longer rods and pistons.Contcentric Amals 33mm Race.Ignition Interspan.Cylinder head made by Klaus(speedy)at Basement preformens, larger valves etc.10.2-1 comp. One day at the dyno setting the timing and getting the jets right. The last 5-10hp is found here .Now i have to change the jets to high pressure or low pressure. At high pressure the Commando will delver more than 70hp.This has been hard work and expensive, but 70hp at rear wheel is possible.(You know all about this)Now I just hope that it will stay together for the season.Photos? none at the moment.Maybe from first race 3-4 May.
Lars.
