Dominator frame question

To clear the rockerbox on the single cylinder engine your frame left the factory with. (ES2 or Model 50)

where do I find the frame numbers? I know where my Atlas numbers are bbut can't see much on this. Perhaps powder coating is a problem. Ideally frame and engine numbers should match?
 
Frame numbers will be in the same spot as the Atlas. Gusset plate on the drive side. Frame could be from an International as well. More common to see the crimped top tube to clear the bevel housing on an Cammy Norton. Maybe post some pics so we can help identify.
Did it come with a Dominator motor?
 
assorted numbers...Frame 11 L motor 99C 23B2 80189 14P

Any info on these numbers appreciated. That is all I could find on the frame
