Dave Roper

Cool video. I first met Dave in 1985, my first time at Daytona, where he was riding for Iannucci. H was a genuine wild man then, and still is. I ran into him at one of the AHRMA races this year, either Willow or Miller, and he was still in recovery from breaking his neck (not in a racing accident). His idea of taking it easy was to skip practice so he would be ok for the race. Didn't seem to slow him down any.

Dang it Dave is so roughed up with pieces missing he's hard for me to look at and not see him as addicted derelict out of control. Not saying a bad thing to do with his life just trying to sense how he rationalizes it.

Don't get to see that. The Vimeo header page appears and the timer comes on but never seems to get any further.
I waited a few days as we were expecting our fibre broadband to arrive, now its here, still no change.

Is it a copyright thing? Just not available in UK/EU?
I know a few of the DUKE videos were removed from utube.
