Brass has a higher temperature rating than polymide, so the risk is the hot oil distorting a polymide cage and the bearing failing if the rollers break loose. I have fitted polymide caged roller bearing mains to a B44 engine and not had any issues in 5 years, but ask me in another 5 years and then I can tell you if it has worked or not.
In our local club we have used 4 sets of these:
NTN NJ306EG1C3 = brass cage
NTN Japan/Bower USA
Offered on ebay, sold out off their New York distributor. Around $60 ea NTN/Bower
From their site, found this interesting in their history page

ebay reports:
"A seller you've bought from"
These must be the distributor. The ebay pix is wrong however. The price is up a little bit from when I bought them. It is possible they will not export!
