Considering a 170/60/17 rear tire

Any thoughts about running a 170/60-17 rear tire ? This makes sense to me , I think. A bit narrower and slightly taller. I can envision this being good for cornering clearance and a bit easier to pitch to the sides. Also , if the taller gearing becomes an issue , you could couple this with a 17t front sprocket . I may go this route.

you can mount a Michelin Pilot Power in 180/55-17.
This tyre is not so wide as the Dunlop.
We have tested it together with a motorcycle magazine and everyone was surprised about the better handling.
