Completed Chain Rubbing Strip Upgrade

Here is the completed Chain Rubbing Strip Upgrade. This will be on all New Bikes from the factory. As you can see the chain will contact the rubbing strip when necessary as you ride. The most costly part was the new muffler mounting frame , but the rubbing strip very reasonable cost . I ordered 3 of them up front. There is a protruding boss on the lower mount where the strip rides to accommodate the rubbing strip. I also took the opportunity to order a new set of rear wheel sprocket carrier rubbers . So when the need arises I am not waiting for them . $50. for the set of 5 . Tony

Do you have part numbers you can share? It sure makes it easier when ordering from the dealer.

Mine came with the rubbing strips, but the frame sliders would sure be a nice addition. Good job, Tony!
