Commando Roadholder Slider Oil Leak

The ones I have from AN are 5/16" UNF with a 1/2" head. Did you buy part number 14.0113? Did they screw in properly, just with a smaller head? Sounds like you got 1/4" UNF bolts like 06.0865 which would not screw in.
I bought the bolts listed by AN as anchor bolts part not. (06.0359)(NM22688/3) and they would not enter the thread at all.

The current AN number is 14.0113 but 06.0359 should work as well in their system. Sounds like they simply shipped the wrong part.

5/16" UNF is the correct size (with a standard 1/2" AF hexagon).

Thanks but the anchor bolts I've been sent definitely have a 7/16 inch hexagon head and don't fit into my 5/16 inch NF24 die so looks like Marsh is right and they've sent the wrong bolts.

Yes, that's what I meant. If they are not 5/16" x 24 UNF with a 1/2 hexagon then you've been sent the wrong parts.

Are they 26 TPI by any chance (for Dominator/Atlas forks perhaps)?

Handy Tip:

When I fitted the Lansdowne kit, I could see the bottom of the sliders were not clean, and had been leaking. OK I thought, how the heck can I clean up that surface? I went away and thought over a beer - then eureka!! (good beer obviously) I got a 25mm Dremel type cut off disc and attached it with a screw to the centre of a piece of wooden dowel, then used it exactly the same as a valve grinding Twizzle stick. It took a couple of minutes on each slider, and subsequently no leaks..
