Hey all - I have a 2015 Norton Sport in Black, and I have bought a second set of silver body parts off of ebay to paint white. Does anyone know where i can obtain some of the black decals that say "Commando 961 Sport MK2" with the flag?

I think you have no chance. Folk can’t even get a throttle cable from the factory currently. Your best bet is to get some custom made. Do that first, before you strip or paint what you have as you can take them with you to be copied / scanned / etc.
 
Is the customer an ex-police "person" ? ( being gender neutral here).
 
Nowt wrong with white per se… but there no way I’d be able to take the orbital sander to that beautiful silver bodywork !!

BTW… is the 2015 bike also a solo seat job ?
 
There are quite a few small shops in the East that can scan and do exact copy, right down to the tiny trademark. I'm sure there is someone close that can do it.
 
"I say ding dong" decals, have never let me down with any similar stuff. From like for like restoration work to one off custom stuff, always been awesome.
Failing that, you could try Dream Machine, as those guys did all the standard paint work for Norton.
 
My local one-man-band paint shop spray paints 'decals'. He has software to scan in the decal then laser cut a template (or multi templates if more than one colour).

That would be best as there’d be no ‘step‘ under the lacquer.
