Slick - sorry for the late response but been doing things...There are some places on Nortons (e.g.: hoses connecting to Dommie oil tanks) where I haven't been able to work out how to use crimping dies (too cramped for crimps?)So.. I made one of these tools (only 85mm long so works in all places I need) and played with it a bit - the following pics show process/progressI can recommend it!Made from 75mm x M6 SS screw and nut, 2 x large diameter washers and a long gal M6 nut (makes it easier for my fumble fingers to use!)The bent washer at the head simply makes it easier to hold. ...and finally - the cheer squad!CheersRob
