Clean chain with petrol soaked rag, coil up and drop on hard wax in tin, put tin on side burner of BBQ on low until wax melts and let steep until chain is good and hot too, hang chain with coat wire so drips back into tin until cool.

I've been using the DuPont Chain Saver with Teflon for a few yrs' on the wife's bike, seems to stay fairly clean, doesn't sling too badly, and dries to a waxy film. I might have to check out some of yer' suggestions. Too bad he didn't also compare PJ-1 Black Label and DuPont Chain Saver, I've heard good things about the PJ1.
