Hi everybody
Does anybody know how it is easiest to remove the little cylinder visible in following picture?
I'd like to install new levers and have to change this piece of the clutch lever to the new one.

Thanks for any hints.

Raphi.
I broke a lever last year and had to replace it. To remove the pivot pin you have to use a tiny allen wrench to remove a tiny set screw that is on the eyelet attached to the pusher pin. The set screw ensures that the pivot pin can not fall out of the lever. Once the set screw is removed, the pivot pin can be pushed through and the pusher pin removed from the lever. Be careful because the set screw on mine had a thread lock compound on it, and I bent my allen wrench pretty bad trying to get the damned thing out. Not sure what size the allen wrench is but it tiny and was the smallest one in my kit. Brembo sell replacement kits that include new pivot pin, pusher pin, and new tiny set screw. I believe Norton stock these as they sent me one to repair my lever last year.

I also replaced one last year - I applied some heat before using the allen key as this expands everything & helps free the loctite

Thank you guys!
Got the allen screw out and will try with heat to get the big screw out.

Got it!
Richard-7, if you like you can add the picture with the tiny screw to your lever replacement manual...

Hi Guys,

Just an FYI if you have the Gold master cylinders as fitted to pre 2014 ish Cafe Racers and SE's then we have a limited amount of special billet levers still available for purchase. I've ridden with these levers and whilst wearing gloves I can say these levers not only look great they are nice and comfortable to hold and use.
