Best looking Interstate seat?

I think that's similar to the first one I posted although the hump is higher on yours.

This should be the one. British made so the likelyhood of it fitting is much greater. And costwise it's not much more. I think I'll get this one. Thanks everyone!

Best looking Interstate seat?
Well, that plan might be shot down. I reached out to Burton and…

“We may have a delay with the supply fo the seats, unfortunately the guy who makes the bases as recently had a heart attack, so we are unsure when these will return to stock”

Can you old farts stop dying so I can get my motorcycle parts?

Shame on both counts. And I was keen to see what your Interstate looked like with that seat.

Gotta admit I thought I had a pretty caustic sense of humour, but in light of recent events even I'm having a hard time chewing on that one........
Good comedy, like your ignition, is all about timing.
(But hey ho..... maybe I'm alone on that.... not here to preach..)

Not alone.

I just put a Corbin Gunfighter for Interstate up on eBay with no reserve, if anyone's interested.

Swoosh should jump on this one if it fits! I have a newer one that Matt cut down for me and could not be more pleased.

Readily available from Corbin, with plenty of no additional cost materials and stitching. You will be more if you want it heated. They are busy this time of year so lead times are longer, but they are not inexpensive. I do not recommend the "carbon fiber" covering for the seating surface.

The seat for my W-650 became a butt burner in less than 30 minutes of riding time. I took it to my local upholstery guy who has done a lot of motorcycle and car seats for me and he added gel cells and I can ride all day; cost me 150 to get it back and it is indistinguishable from stock in appearance. Point is that you can have your seat made more comfortable and get it re contoured if you want a butt stop or some other change(s).

Best.
Who did your seat work?

Rearsets or not? Makes a huge difference.
I have my Interstate set up with a Corbin seat that is the most comfortable of any of my bikes.Stock footpeg location. The m/c is used almost daily and taken on many 200 mile trips.Very pleased with the set-up

IMHO the nicest seat to grace an interstate would have been lifted from a Vellocette Thruxton not a Corbin retro clone

Hi Ian
I got a good book for a Xmas present once, called my cool motor cycle,
And he was telling his tale of Norton ownership and it goes like this,

In his life he has had,
4 houses,
3 kids,
2 wives,
But only 1 motor cycle
