Hi all
Anybody know where you can get a nice stainless steel rocker oil line for the late model Atlas? It's fed off the bottom of the timing chest and not the oil tank. The top line feeding the banjo's must be shorter than a Commando. Thanks

Stainless is more prone to fracture from vibration than the original. One case where sticking to the original works.

Austenitic stainless steels
Austenitic stainless steels, like those in the 300-series, don't have an endurance limit. This means that they will eventually fail if they're exposed to vibration for long enough, regardless of the stress amplitude.

Thanks. I could have been clearer. I meant the braided stainless jacket type that Venhill makes for Commando’s. The only real difference is shorter top leg. I suppose a Commando line can be used with the excess short leg length buried under the tank

Buy the Norvil one for Commandos & take it apart, shorten it, & put it back together with new olives. Very easy.
