Any recommended cleaning products for Engine?

I use foamy GUNK engine cleaner, Mothers to polish the aluminum, turtle wax on the chrome

Another vote for S100. It's the overwhelming choice of the Harley community (say what you will, but this community is large and rides on beautifully turned-out bikes). I use it on my 4-wheelers as well. Spray, rinse, then dry with compressed air. Kind to chrome and paint.
