Another set of Landsdown Norton for Dampers on the way

That was quick. I made the inquiry yesterday, and they are on the way today. Looking forward to fitting them after I have come back from the rally.

Decent Isolastics, Head steady, swing arm pivot, reworked carbs, LED lights, Ikon rear shocks, seat cushion. It always starts first kick [ Licorise start can wait tili I'm not capable of kicking it ] . Just need riding lessons now ha ha.

no you wont be receiving them , you said you made a Paypal payment so I shipped them , then there
was no payment at all, After I gave you the tracking number you refused to reply to all my messages
so after 24 hrs I have now cancelled the shipment and the dampers are on their way back to me, No Lansdownes
for you.
 
All sorted now. Hadn't used paypal for so long I was locked out. Then when they got me back on, I thought I had paid the invoice . It seemed so easy once i was properly logged on again. Apparently not. We are 4 hours ahead of Don, and had got back to work then gone home. Didnt see his messages till today. I dont live on this site but go on at lunchtime when I have a break. Hence 12 hour delay in responding. I suggested Don only send stuff when he has seen the payment go through,.. Thats what I do in my business. I would have seen his emails and done something about it. FFS
 
That happend to me on a PP deal. Took a litle bit to figure out what was up.
Hope it really is sorted. Would like some feed back on the dampers.
 
There has been a few threads here discussing every manner of detail regarding these dampers. I have
a set and am very satisfied with the improvement in front suspension.

Same as lazyeyes, what feedback are you looking for? Brought my sets from John one set for a Commando & one set Dommie length for a Race bike. Great on a smooth track a noticeable improvement. However it's on the road that I really noticed how good they were.
Donalds quality & service are second to none. One of my best buys.

Ditto. Just make sure you don't use them with Progressive type springs, they work much better with stock single rate springs.

We have purchased numerous items from Don over the years with not one complaint. He communicates very well and has been helpful when needed plus shipping time has been good. I suggest everyone buy what you can from him as his items, especially the suspension have been well made and priced fair. My only suggestion is to group items so you can save on shipping. Add axles and other items to your purchase when needed.

ahhh thats why you are having your whinge, out of 500 Titanium banjo bolts for the oil pressure switches
there was 1 bad one that missed my eye when shipping the switch assemblies, and you had to get that one
explains everything. Do you really think I would of shipped that on purpose?
 
That was also quick delivery. They arrived last Friday 12th March, while I was away at the NZ Norton rally down in South Canterbury/Mackenzie Country. My wife was out, but was able to pick them up on Saturday from the local Post Shop.

Bought Lansdown and front brake upgrade from Don last year, posted to France, fantastic service.
I have to say the brakes in particular are a revelation.
