Piero, read this to make sure that you use the correct procedure for adjustment of the float level; http://www.bushmanscarbtuningsecrets

I also looked at the picture that you posted of the carb with the spray tube installed, and I digged in my paperwork ,and found the correct Amal part number of the spray tube that you need: 622/074.

Bought now, 7 p, a 622/074 spray tube.
But, the fuel that comes out from the tickler?

Piero,

These are very simple carbs and with all carbs, the needle and seat is fundamental. The float lifts, pressing the needle into the seat and shutting off the fuel. The only a few things that can disrupt this action. 1. The float is obstructed and will not transfer to the seat (mis adjustment can fall under this cause). 2. The seat is damaged and the needle can not seal it. 3. The pin from the tickler is hitting the float before it is suppose to and cannot seat the needle.

I am sure there can be more faults but this is the basics.

You need to hold this thing in your hands and think it through. I little common sense will go for with these Amals. Figure it out. You can do it!

Hi Pete,
i agree.
Now, i have on a pair of 930/69 on with 220 main jet and 106 needle jets, throttle needle in the central notch, throttle valve cut 3 MB4.
They work almost well, only a not very much overfuelling.
I thought to go lower a notch with throttle needle or/and to go lower with the float (2,3 mm).
I dont think there is air leak.
Can i do more?
When will arrive the spray tube i will rebuild the 932 that failed with fuel out from ticklers.
Thank you.
Piero

Piero,
Have you checked that the bowl gasket is not interfering with the float pivot? I've seen that before and it will allow the bowl to overfill.
