I am looking to replace my cracked and broken turn indicators on my 75 mk3. I don’t want to replace with OEM simply because I think the lollipops look gaudy and I want something a little more cool. Recommendations and pictures of your aftermarket turn signals will be appreciated. I’ve been searching the internet for some days now and I haven’t been able to find the “right” ones. Thanks in advance.

cNw has some cool pods. I like them.

Dimwit drivers who do not know what hand signals are, forced me to put winkers on my Atlas. I detest the "bug eye" look so I fitted some LED strips to my Roadholder shrouds and Girling rear shocks.

They are not approved distance apart but I do not care. The strips have a sticky back but I advise they be secured with a non electrical conductive screw or push in rivet at each end.

Slick

BTW ... I had to order 5 m of the strips, and I have surplus to sell. If anyone is interested, the product is : https://www.superbrightleds.com/mor...-tape-light-1224v-ip67-waterproof/4756/12529/. Compact waterproof connectors are available: https://www.superbrightleds.com/mor...gle-color-waterproof-strip-lights/5666/12799/

Works with +/- earth. My cost is $5.00 / ft. Two (2) ft will make 4 winkers.

Update: more info ,,,,

I got these very cheap off ebay, just a miniature version of OEM. Working fine for years.

Did you have to screw around with the stud length on those Emgo blinkers to go through the fork bracket & bucket, or was the stud long enough to just bolt right up?

the brushed ones were long enough i put a set on my 75 XS650 as well the arrowhead shaped ones stem not long enuff for norton to put on BSA i had to get a couple of little turn signal relocation brackets and bolt brackets to grab rail mounts and then put on the signals

The self-cancelling aspect of the turn indicators on the RZ350 Yamaha works from the speedometer. Can you do that easily with a Commando ?

I look the look of those Emgo signals you have on the Norton, I'm going to get a set.

I had OEM long stem Lucas signals front and rear for over 40 years, changed my front to short stems a while back .
The Lucas signal with short stems looks better on the front than the long stem do, had to cut extra length thread to get the short stems to pass through the headlight bucket & bolt up. Not a big deal.

On the rear I had to keep the long stem or the signal will not clear the licence plate bracket.
