Hi guys,

I will have FINAL PRICES and availability on the GEAR JAM and CLUTCH JAM tools by the end of the week.

There is an OIL VENT solution to help prevent or really reduce the amount of AIRBOX oil too. It is currently in testing. A gear puller to remove the BALANCE GEAR and the BALANCE GEAR TENSION SETTER is on its way shortly after that.

I'll keep you all informed. We are not a multi-million dollar company so qty is limited to demand. We have went ahead and made a fair amount of tools and once they go we will have more made. I assure you they are of high quality materials to last a lifetime -- and then some.

I'll have product photos and prices ASAP.

If you have been following the manuals, you will be familiar with these two very useful tools. We feel these are two very valuable tools for working on the 961 Norton Engine. The Gear Jam has multiple uses and is a huge TIME and FRUSTRATION saver.

GEAR JAM $138.25 usd
CLUTCH JAM $134.40 usd

These are precision made in CANADA using EDM Wire cutting technology. The Gear Jam is made from Hardened Tool Steel and the Clutch Jam is made from T6061 Aluminum.

With Dealers being MILES away, these tools will help you work on the bike at home.

To order, email me your shipping address for a price. And for now PayPal is the only method of payment. >> But you can use Credit or Debit in PP so sorry if this is an inconvenience.

Anywhere in North America $15usd shipping for both the clutch Jam and Gear Jam or the same for just one item. Tracking number included.

The Gear Jam and the Clutch Jam are essentials. With these two tools you can replace your clutch plates at home with ease.

A special Gear puller designed for the 961 will be available in about 2 weeks (There is a photo of a prototype in the CLUTCH BASKET MANUAL). With all three tools you will also be able to replace your balance gear spring (that annoying engine noise) and remove your clutch basket to have it pinned in place and with the BALANCE GEAR OFF, you can take the CLUTCH BASKET OFF so now you can get the starter off because of that one pain in the arse bolt behind the clutch basket.

Another tool in the pipeline is the BALANCE GEAR TENSION SETTER TOOL a couple weeks out. This tool is useful for setting the tension correctly on the balance gear. It can be done without this tool but if you over stretch it even just a little bit you wasted your money buying a new spring. The GEAR JAM TOOL also accurately locks this setting in so easily for re-install. PS - My brand new bike had a slightly over tensioned spring. Nothing would have fallen apart, its just annoying and slightly embarrassing that's all.

Also, we are still working out the bugs on the engine oil airbox overflow. So stay tuned, we think we have it but need a little more testing to be 100% comfortable selling it to others.

AND SPECIAL THANKS to all of you for your generous support!! We will try our best to make working on these machines as easy as possible from your home garage by inventing specialty tools and sharing our manuals of knowledge. My dad used to rebuild old Vincents back in England and has a wealth of motorcycle repair knowledge.

Anyone who has paid will be shipped today and then emailed a tracking number. Likely late afternoon in case any other orders come in. We honestly did not expect to sell 15 of each in one day. We are the furthest thing from a store so apologies for the unprofessional way of doing business but we have to start somewhere.

Thank you.

Here is an over stretched Balance Gear spring that we feel can only happen when assembling the Balance gear and over tensioning it. It truly doesn't take much to do this.

Tracking numbers sent via email.

As of today, 5 Gear Jams and 5 Clutch Jams still available. After they sell, approx. 3 weeks for next order.
