I’ve never been to Nepal but I have ridden an Enfield in India. I did it with a mate, no organised tour etc.It was the scariest, stupidest, most dangerous thing I think I’ve ever done.I’ll NEVER do it again! The only way I’d ever ride a motorcycle there again would be as part of an organised tour with experienced tour guides as they will no the best, and safest places to go.The tour you show looks really good. I’d be up for it one day, but not this year.
