Yes , you certainly have been successful getting the Norton 961 parts you want. I received an email yesterday from the contact us on their website . I have been looking for a Flyscreen to replace my nurses cap style fly screen . I received a response , so they are monitoring it. But at least there is an answer. It would seem that maybe this is the way to ask for parts ? Through the contact us portal at Norton. I have found a Nurses cap style fly screen from a third party an OEM Norton 961 Nurses cap in carbon fiber . SO , Could it be that the hard to find parts are the ones not getting an answer ? It seems that a battery strap should be in stock soon hopefully. \
