Been keeping an eye on commando pricing in Canada. Seen as low as $5500 for a running but not road worthy to $23000 for concourse show winners. Got my '74 in 2018, with 8k miles on clock. Was not nearly as nice as yours looks and needed quite a bit to make it road worthy and a reliable rider. I paid $7200. If selling it today, I'd think $12-15k would be my ask.
