73 Commando swing arm install

Having difficulty assembling / installing / mating the swing arm to trans cradle. New seals and bushes installed in swing arm. It's a tight mofo. Yes, bearings and seals 100% seated in swing arm. Trying not to damage seal, don't want to pry. Looks at vids and searched previous posts. No joy.
Please advise. Thank you again!

When I installed mine it was a real tight fit also. What I did was lubricate the seal and trans cradle and then carefully and evenly slide and wiggle into place. IMO it should be a tight fit, after all it’s just been rebuilt.
 
all it takes is a little to much paint, to really screw it up...
Or worse, POWDERCOAT.

@Mofosheee that area where the bushing faces and seals sit, should be bare; then only the lightest coating of spray paint. If it had thick paint or powdercoat on it, it will eventually work it's way out, resulting in sloppiness. Until then, it is causing unnecessary stiction...
