Hi All

Im working on a restoration of a 1962 Dominator Model 88. Looking for some photos or info regarding switches, grips, levers for handle bar setup with emphasis on accuracy. I found on the internet a lot of new vintage looking switches and images im not sure are right.

Any help appreciated

Thanks

Steve

The STD 88 came with a low rise bar that was drilled for the dipswitch/horn mount, plain levers with no adjusters Clutch lever 7/8 pivot centers ,the choke mounted on top of the front brake . The brake clamp fixing had an extended nut underneath. The slow action throttle had an adjustable friction device . simple plastic grips. The front brake lever may have had 15/16" or 1" lever centers which is a puzzle .

Great, thank you for the reply. Factory records say in the extras box that my bike was despatched with Straight handlebar and ball end levers. Thought they would be standard

There are some good pictures in the Roy Bacon Norton Twins Restoration book.
