That looks great. Looks like you had to slim down the brake plates a bit. Did you have to take anything off the hub's bearing towers?

only the speedo drive side. but there are numerous other surfaces to be machined on hub and brake plates, not to mention
ALL the mods to the brake plates, I wouldnt advise attempting this as its not as simple as it looks, I certainly wont be building
another.

I've already put a gt750 hub in Roadholders, so no need to discourage. Just wondering, as the work to do that was not a small amount either. Not as much work as I spent adapting a rear gt hub though!

very different process to mount a gt750 hub in to Norton forks compared to how much I had to modify the Norton brakes, narrower shoes, convert RH to LH operation , new brake shoe pivot pins, modify brake camshafts, new brake torque arm fixing for both sides, cable holder left side, fit steel inserts to brake plate axle holes, LOTS of machining of brake plates and hub etc etc. Yes many have fitted the GT750 brake to Norton forks its not uncommon. I sell a modified TZ 260mm Yamaha 4LS brake for Norton forks, its very popular.
