I want to build my own cables and have purchased bicycle 1.45mm brake cable and sheathing which is the same size as the original. However, I cannot find the tips of the proper size for the cable ends. (The ones that fit into the carb slide, choke slide, and split connector. I have seen on the forum that others have built their own cables. Can anyone tell me where I can find the end tip? I melted one of the old ones off but it's a pain to get all the old solder out enough to insert the new cable without damage.

Thanks!
Probably one of these two? When I get home i'll measure the old ones.

That's one of the most frustrating things about that model; only Barnett sells complete cable assembly sets (as far as I know). Sure makes life easy, they are affordable and very good quality.
