HiI am curious what the correct fork length is for a 1967 Atlas. Is the measurement taken for the tubes entire length or to the top pf the steel bush retained by the clip at the bottom? Mine, which are all rusty and needing replacement, measure overall 23-1/8 or 22-15/16" to the top of the steel bush. If the answer is overall length then I am guessing that these were at some point changed to Commando ones which would have required longer springs and damper rods as well? Thanks
